Engagements

Three ways in.

Fixed fees, quoted after a 20-minute scoping call. No hourly meters, no surprise change orders. Every tier works all three levers — efficiency, solar, AI — the difference is depth, fieldwork, and how long we stay accountable for the number.

FAQ

Asked before every deal.

Why "from" pricing? What moves the number?

Facility size, metering complexity, and number of sites. A single 2,000 m² facility with one meter sits at the base price; a multi-site portfolio with sub-metering and production correlation scopes higher. The fee is fixed in writing after the 20-minute scoping call — it does not move afterward.

We already had an energy audit. Why would we pay for another?

Bring it. If it's solid, Recon will confirm it in two weeks and you'll have spent very little to be sure. In most audits we review, the register was priced at pre-pandemic tariffs, sized before your load changed, and never tracked with M&V — which means the savings quietly evaporated. We find out which case you're in before you spend real capex.

Are you an EPC? Do you sell the solar installation?

No — and that's the point. We design, specify, and model the economics; your EPC builds to our package under competitive tender. Because we don't sell panels, the system gets sized to your corrected load and your tariff, not to the installer's margin.

What do you need from us to start?

For Recon: 12 months of utility bills (PDFs are fine), interval data if your utility provides it, and a major-equipment list. That's it. Fieldwork scheduling, single-lines, and production data come later, at Blueprint.

We're an RA 11285 designated establishment. Does this cover our DOE obligations?

Blueprint and Command include the compliance pack: annual energy utilization reports, conservation program documentation, and DEOS-ready submissions. Command keeps it maintained year over year, including the energy manager function.

What does the AI part actually do — concretely?

Three things. Before fieldwork: load disaggregation and tariff simulation across a year of interval data in hours instead of weeks. After delivery: anomaly detection that flags drift (a compressor short-cycling, a PR drop on the array) weeks before it shows in the bill. And for your own operations: an opportunity map identifying where AI cuts cost beyond the meter — forecasting, scheduling, document automation — governed under ISO 42001 so it survives an audit.

Do you work outside the Philippines?

Yes. Recon is fully remote by design and runs on any utility's data. Blueprint fieldwork internationally is scoped case by case; the design standards (IEC 62446, NEC 690, local codes) adapt to the jurisdiction.

Not sure which tier? That's literally what the 20-minute call is for.
